    Hi Celes

I’m glad you made this seminar available for everyone now. A lot of people will benefit from this. One of the things that surprised me most about the seminar was that the method you share for improving self esteem was quick, simple, and permanent. Before viewing the seminar I wouldn’t have believed this was possible.

I just received access to the course section by email. I couldn’t view the Vimeo video though. It says the password is incorrect. I was able to download the mp4.

BTW you spelled my name wrong in the testimonial sections. You flipped the y and the v. You’re not the first person to make that mistake though. :/

    • Celes

Hey Matt, I do apologize. I always mess up the spelling with your last name and I remember having to double check several times before when I used your last name elsewhere. I guess this time it slipped me. I’ve corrected it. :)

Regarding the Vimeo video, that’s my bad as well – another reader who has purchased the product has informed me and I have corrected the password. It works now – give it a try! :)

Hi Celes, nothing concerning this course (it’s on my wishlist for my birthday though…fingers crossed that my parents buy this for me) but just wanted to ask you two questions regarding the countdown challenge:

    - Will you be having a roundup post for the countdown challenge? (TBH, it’s the first challenge I actually finished…I think. Would really love to share my feedback and read other’s too!)
    - Do you think you’ll hold another countdown at the end of this year? (Yep, I plan a lot…but it was the best end of the year so far in my life, honestly. So many insights (from both reflecting on my life and reading other people’s responses).

Oh, and BTW, your podcast feed on google reader seems okay now. The old duplicates are still there but your 2 most recent posts don’t have duplicates yet. Or maybe I’m just overly optimistic. :D

    • Celes

Hey Amanda! :) No roundup post for the countdown challenge – feel free to post your feedback at the final post for the challenge though. :) (Which is question one.)

I’m not sure if I’ll have another countdown at the end of the year. Since the public challenges are free, most of the times what determines whether they go live or not is based on (a) my timing availability then (b) what I feel is the most appropriate challenge to conduct for the community at that point of time. Challenge wear out is also something I take into consideration, so I rarely have two challenges side by side. For example, there isn’t any healthy living challenge in Jan this year (when there was one in Jan 2011 and Jan 2012) because of the countdown challenge last month. These are trade offs I consider before deciding to launch a challenge or not.

That’s good to know that the most recent podcasts have no duplicates! :) I do think it is a caching issue with Google Reader itself that led to the duplicates still being there. (Which isn’t something I can fix on my end unfortunately.)

Celes, I have checked my spam folder, and I have looked through email back as far as early December.
When did you send email re the webinar being available? You say it would be my email address I am looking for if I paid by credit card, yes? At this point, it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack!
Thanks for helping me to further locate the email to access the download of this course. ;)

    • Celes

Hey Bette, the email was sent when the product was launched – i.e. two days ago. What was the email you registered when you paid by credit card?

      • Bette

Now you are jogging my memory to consider other possibilities…My first thought is it went to mine…but now I’m thinking it went to my friend Mark’s email, (Mark may have paid by his paypal… hope he hasn’t discarded it….

So let’s see. if I have this would be sent to my or his email (whoever paid by credit card), and it would be from whom exactly,? and with what “Subject”?

I must remember to keep a record/log of courses I’ve taken and how I paid, when, etc., in case I need to refer back for some reason. Don’t keep that kind of info in my mind at all…waaaay to right brained for that!

Thanks, Celes, for any clarity and help. ;)

        • Celes

Hey Bette, I checked the email list and your yahoo email was actually one of the recipients of the self-esteem product. So it definitely has been sent to you.

Can you check your yahoo mail for the email with the subject “How To Achieve 10/10 Self-Esteem For Life! Webinar – Product Version, Released!”? The email would be from me (Celestine Chua). It might have been filtered to your spam folder or other folders.

Hope you manage to find it; if not, do let me know so I can be of help! :)

          • Bette

            Hey Celes!

I FOUND IT!!! THANKS to you!
(right in the email like you mentioned!…how DID i miss that!…(too much going on here!))

All-righty then!, Now I have access, YAY!!!

Now does this mean I can just go there anytime, with the password, etc., or do I need to do something so the course is dpwnloaded somewhere else?

            ‘s to you, Celes!

            • Celes

Hey Bette, just follow the instructions in the email. :) The members portal is 24/7 so you can login whenever you want to view the webinar, or you can login, download the materials to your computer, and view them anytime you want. Glad that you finally found the email too btw! :)

  • misscat

    Hello Celestine,

I want to purchase your webinar’s video with my credit card but there is no way. Only paypal button. The two other buttons are update cart and go back. I dont want to pay with paypal. What should I do? Thank you.

    • misscat

Ok I found it…Sorry for asking.

      • Celes

Hey misscat, no problem and glad you have found the button. :) By the way, I have not received your order yet, so let me know if you need any help ordering still.

        • misscat

Finally, I payed with paypal. I purchased it yesterday night (GMT+2). I think there is no way to pay directly with credit card but it’s ok for me. What I thought I had found was paypal subscription. :((((

I have been following your blog for a long time now. İt’s one of the top useful sites for me. Thank you for all the articles you are publishing for free. I still have a lot to learn.

          • Celes

Aw thanks for your kind words misscat and thanks for your purchase! I hope you will find the webinar useful – all the participants certainly have found it to be so. Let me know if you have any further questions about it. :)

(By the way, there is a way to pay by credit card and it in fact is selectable when you checkout – but it doesn’t matter since you’ve already made the purchase.)

            • misscat

I knew the webinar would not disappoint me, and not be a waste of time and money.

Although I don’t have major self esteem issues, I could still not tell that it was 10/10. But now everything seems so clear. I know what I should work on. The webinar revealed one very old and one very recent issue which was challenging my self-esteem.

I also appreciated your pedagogic and methodic approach with clear examples where people can relate to.

I don’t have any further question but I am glad that if I had I could have asked you.

              Thank you Celes…

  • Matt

    Hi Celes

I just rewatched the SE webinar and I still love it! I think I cleared out the last few remaining issues with self esteem. I feel vibrant right now and I can’t wait to begin attacking my goals tonight.

One thing I wanted to mention was I love the way you present the material during your webinars. You are so natural and so warm and your authenticity is quite apparent. I must admit that when I watched the emotional eating course I was a little put off by your delivery. It was more scripted and your words were very deliberate. Though the information is great I found the presentation style distracting. If I could share some feedback I just would like to say I love your presentation style you use in your podcasts and webinars (PI and SE) much more. It’s very engaging and really feels like a friend sharing some great advice. I hope if you make more audio programs you will continue to use an “unscripted/conversational” style so your natural charisma and passion shines through.

    • Celes

Hi Matt! I hear you regarding the presentation style for the EE Program. I would say it’s more formal and comparable to the audio e-books on Audible than the regular webinars and group coaching courses on PE. (Some people would probably prefer the former where podcasts are concerned, while some probably prefer the latter.) I realized it was fine just to reproduce the recorded webinars as they are (in fact one could argue that they have even more value than deliberately recorded programs because of audience interaction and the in-person energy) which was why I decided to release the self-esteem product as an edited version of the webinar (I had already recorded 1/4 of the self-esteem webinar as a stand-alone version before that and realized it just wasn’t working out for me).

This is also why I’ve decided to release the P.I. program as a product – I’m working on editing down the past webinars now and hope to release at the end of this month or in early Feb.

I’m glad you like the SE webinar and hope it’ll be of value to the others who bought the program as well. I really think the concept presented inside is one of its kind and something that’ll create a permanent 10/10 self-esteem change for life for anyone, unlike the usual theories presented in the self-help world.

  • Arilos

    Hi Celes,

I just wanted to say thank you for making this available. I was really disappointed when the webinar passed and I missed out on this material. I’m downloading it now and I’m really excited to start working on my self confidence.

    • Celes

I’m glad that you got to purchase now Arilos. Better late than never. :D Enjoy the webinar and let me know how you find it! :D

  • Ben

That sounds awesome Celes. I’m always looking for new information to improve my own self-esteem and self development. I just found your site and am going to go have a look around. :)

  • squiggle

    Hi Celes,

That’s wonderful! I was just thinking the other day about how useful the seminar was to me. I’m really grateful to have the chance to revisit it.

However, for some reason I haven’t received the email with the access information! I don’t know what’s happened – I’ve checked my spam folder (and my deleted items, in case I deleted it by mistake) and it’s not there. Would you be able to resend it at all?

    • Celes

Hey squiggle! It was definitely sent to you at this same email address you have posted in this comment. Can you search your mail box for the subject header “How To Achieve 10/10 Self-Esteem For Life! Webinar – Product Version, Released!” (without quotes)?

      • squiggle

        Hi Celes,
I’ve searched for it – it’s not there :( It’s definitely not in my junk box either, so I’m not sure what’s happened.

        • Celes

Hey squiggle, I’m pretty sure it went into your spam folder and your spam folder probably empties itself after every X days (before you were able to check it), which resulted in the mail itself getting deleted. I just resent it – can you please check?

          • squiggle

I have it! Thank you so much Celes. :)

            • Celes

Np squiggle! Glad to be of help in some way. :)
