      Hey Dee, no problem! By the way, it’s not a course – it’s a product based on the course conducted last year. That means yes, it’s on demand. There’s no schedule to peruse the materials or products.

          Hey Jennifer, thanks so much for your interest! :D There’s no affiliate program for the P.I. product at the moment but I would be open to offer it to past participants or people who have already purchased the product (since they can only endorse it if they have tried/used it). I’m not having an open affiliate program as I don’t want members to use the program as a way to get the products at a discounted price for themselves (which happened in the past). Let me know if you would be keen to promote the product after checking out the course!

              Hey TK, perhaps you can take a screenshot? Other than directing you to https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?c=cart&i=1151921&cl=126613&ejc=2, there is little I can help to resolve this issue (as I’m not sure exactly what problem you are facing). The orders are continuing to come in from other readers which suggest that the checkout page is working fine.

              The alternative (if clicking the link above doesn’t work still) is that you can transfer me the money directly in Paypal and I can manually send you the download instructions. Let me know what works for you!

                Yes, I have made it successfully. The payment by PayPal icon mislead me, thinking that it’s used only for payment by PayPal; I don’t have a PayPal account. Well, in my desperation I just click to explore, and it worked.

                So the gateway to the next step is actually thru the PayPal icon.

                Everything worked fine from there. Looking forward to digest the materials.

      Hi juanita, I have responded to both your customer support e-mails sent to orders@ within 20 minutes of you sending the e-mails. Can you please check your e-mail?

      This product is an e-course (as stated on the sales page) and is meant to be downloaded. You should already have received the information to download the material within five minutes of your purchase to your Paypal e-mail.

      I’m not sure why you would think this is a scam. If you have any further concerns, please let me know asap so I can help to address them. You should be able to download the material right after entering the members portal and watch the videos/listen to the podcasts right away.

        so we are clear i wont wait longer than 24 hours and will go to my credit card company and have this transaction cancelled if i dont get a reply or information from the course itself. it is 10:10pm 30 Jan 2013 – i will wait until 10:11pm 31 Jan and not a minute longer as card services are 24 hours .

        i have followed may of the hints and tips you have sent me which is fantastic however as you know, in business first impressions count and my first impression of your purchase system is quite scary.

            Hi Juanita, I hope you can maintain a polite attitude as your responses are bordering on accusation on the service that is being provided here, especially when I have done nothing but respond immediately to all your correspondences with suggested next steps. Also note that all my comment responses to you here have been made within 15-20 minutes of you posting them. I’m definitely going to give you my best help here in the shortest amount of time but I expect that you be respectful of my service and time rather than “demand” a certain response and continuously make slanting comments about the service that is being offered.

            I have already responded to both your customer service responses with specific, suggested next steps but have yet to receive a response from you on those fronts. If you can read those emails, follow the instructions, and revert accordingly on the results, that would be very helpful in helping me to help you resolve the problem.

                  I have received the passive income course.

                  Celes has been patient and has helped me immensely to figure out a typo caused this to happen on my part.

                  I have probably gone on a bit about it due to past experiences and sincerely apologies to Celes.

                  my intention at no time was to slander personal excellence in any way as i do love the emails and hints i get.

    I am trying to purchase this product, but it seems Paypal doesn’t allow me to complete the transaction and I am given a message to ‘Return to the Merchant’.

    I have a valid credit card attached to my verified Paypal account. So I don’t know what the problem is.
    Any other way out ?

      Hi MsKhan! Thanks for your interest! Can you do a screenshot of the error itself? Many readers have made the purchase successfully so I’m not too sure what the error here is. Clicking the purchase link should take you to checkout, after which you should have a simple 1-2 click checkout by logging into your Paypal account.

        This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information.
        Return to merchant and try a different payment method

        We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant’s website and try using a different payment method (if available).

        I have also written to PayPal regarding this and am yet to hear from them.

        I believe PayPal has an option to transfer funds to another PayPal account via email address. I could do that if you give me the email address associated with your PayPal account.

          Hey MsKhan! That is indeed strange. Paypal did not provide details on what exactly is the source of the error too (I assume that your Paypal account had enough funds).

          There are two options: (1) Pay via credit card (using the same checkout process) OR (2) Pay the amount directly to my Paypal account at orders@personalexcellence.co (note that it is .co, and not .com). With #2, I will manually activate the download e-mail for you after payment. Let me know which you prefer!

If you didn’t get a confirmation number, that means your transaction didn’t go through at all. What difficulties or errors have you been experiencing? At which part of the checkout process did you face problems?

      Many readers have been able to successfully purchase the program in the past week (orders are coming in even as I’m typing this) so there is no issue with the checkout page as far as I’m aware of. If you can elaborate on your problem, it will help me to better help you.

        I’m not sure where it’s going wrong. I press continue when I am ready to confirm and it logs me off and starts over again. I use paypal often and have never had this problem. I will try it again. I thought maybe I had missed the deadline was why it wasn’t working. I’ll try again today.
