Miguel@ The time frame will be whatever works for you! :D As you said, some people will have shorter attention spans, which makes them more effective in 15-20min bursts. For me, I usually find that the initial 5~10 minutes is really settling into the activity, and my most productive bits occur after that.</description>

		<description>Thanks for sharing. Reframing is a helpful method but forget 30 minutes, how about 15-20  minutes? before you know it, 30 minutes goes by but the point is, for me, I&#039;m more inclined to work in 15 to 20 minute bursts. :)
